Lynda Dunham-Watkins has received notification that she has again won an international Industry's Choice Doll of the Year (DOTY) award, presented each year by the Doll Reader Magazine at the International Doll Exposition in Florida, for William F. Cody (Buffalo Bill), a polymer clay figure hand sculpted by Lynda. This is Lynda's second DOTY Award, the first was for 'Summer' in 2007.
Cody will now be in competition for an even higher award, a People's Choice DOTY to be voted on by the public in the May issue of the Doll Reader magazine to be awarded in Las Vegas in late June. This competition draw entries from around the world, and to win a DOTY is to win one of the highest awards in the industry.
